What are Suddath’s quality management procedures?
The primary goal of the Suddath Quality Management Program is to continually improve the level of service we provide. Based on transferee feedback that is retrieved through written survey, as well as telephone contact, the Quality Management Department rates the performance of members of the Suddath Relocation Systems move team and the move process overall. In essence, the Quality Management Process safeguards the work of the national account move coordinators. Information gathered from the transferees, as well as a description of any resolution process, is tabulated and distributed to an internal action committee where follow-up action is prescribed and implemented on a company-wide basis.
