What are subscriptions and how do they work?
Signing up for a subscription means you have authorised the merchant to make a recurring charge to your PayPal account for a fixed amount. After signing up, you will be taken to a ‘Successful Payment’ page with further information on your subscription. Alternatively, the merchant may confirm this by email. You can make changes to subscriptions from your PayPal account as follows: • Log in to your account at www.paypal.co.uk • Click ‘History’ at the top of the page • Choose the ‘Subscriptions’ field from the ‘Show’ drop-down menu • Find the Subscription creation and click ‘Details’To change the funding source from this page: • Next to ‘Subscription Funding Source’, choose the preferred future payment option • Click ‘Update Information’ to save your changesTo cancel the subscription from this page: • Go to the bottom of the page, click ‘Cancel Subscription’ • On the confirmation page, click ‘Cancel Subscription’ againCancelling a Subscription on the day of a scheduled payment will not gu
