What are Stereo Pairs and Anaglyphs?
An anaglyph (or “stereo image”) is a three-dimensional image in which two images (“stereo pairs”) of the same spot, taken from different angles, are superimposed. Viewing the anaglyph with a pair of red-and-blue (or red-and-cyan) 3D glasses allows the user’s eyes to merge the two images, producing the visual effect of depth.
