What are stencil outlines (line drawings) and why are they important?
When you create a Chinese tattoo design, you also get the STENCILS (LINE DRAWINGS) for the design, which the tattoo artist will use to create the actual tattoo on your body. Many tattoo artists will actually charge more if you bring in a design without stencils to pay for the time it takes them to create them (though they may not tell you they are including this in the price).
