What are Status Points and Status Nights?
Members receive Status Points and Status Nights for rooms that that have been paid in full at qualifying room rates. Contract rooms, rooms reserved by corporations on an ongoing basis, master-billed rooms and rooms booked at airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, and Radisson employee rates, wholesale packages and group or series tours booked through a travel agent or online intermediary are not qualifying room rates and are not eligible to earn Status Points and Status Nights. Redemption nights at a participating hotel and paid for by the redemption of Gold Points, qualify for Status Points and Status Nights. Only the member whose name is on the accommodation record will be awarded Status Points and Status Nights towards achieving increased member status or other promotional goals.
