What are Star Ratings for tutors for? How is it assigned?

Ans. Star ratings are based on feedback of past students. At the end of each session, student is allowed to rate the tutor on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 is not satisfactory while 5 is excellent. Overtime, these ratings are averaged for all previous session. The rating information helps student make decision before booking their session with a tutor.
