What are standards of care for clients at a hospice?
According to the Hospice Association of Ontario’s Community Residential Hospice Standards document, the standards of care for hospice clients are as follows: Standard 1: Each Community Residential Hospice has eligibility criteria that are consistent with the mission of its hospice and CHPCA’s definition of hospice palliative care.
