A. A sponsor is the individual who requests and funds a Visa Buxx card for a cardholder. Many sponsors are parents of teens or college students, and even children who are helping their elder arents manage their funds. A cardholder is the individual to whom a card is issued. While the minimum age requirement is just 13, there is no maximum age since the Visa Buxx card is perfect for anyone who wants greater control over managing their funds. A gift giver is someone whom the sponsor has setup and permitted to fund a cardholders card. Typical examples are grandparents, aunts and uncles!
