What are Spectrum’s ineligible industries and/or Plan types?
Associations, multiple employer trusts (METs), multiple employer welfare arrangements (MEWAs), employee leasing companies, PEOs, casinos, Indian Tribes and nuclear power facilities are ineligible. Hospitals, nursing homes and trucking companies are underwritten on an experience-only basis. Further, hospitals are subject to 80% coinsurance on domestic charges.
