What are SPECIAL VALUES?
Spears’ buying power enables us to qualify for special programs with some manufacturers (usually upholstery) that make certain groups and fabrics or leathers available at extra discounts (usually 45% to 55% off MSRP). These are ongoing programs that are reorder-able at the special discounts. A great example is Sherrill’s “Plaza” Program – about 20 sofa frames (and coordinating chairs and loveseats, etc) with about 300 fabrics to choose from. You get all the quality and features Sherrill is famous for, made on the same line by Sherrill’s master upholsterers, at a very special price. (Sherrill has about 100 sofa frames and 1600 fabrics in it’s regular line that the Plaza program comes from.
