Another phrase for Customer Service is problem-solving, and it is a very important part of our business. It can also be a very challenging part of our business, as problem-solving usually is. At Spears, a centralized system is used to administer Customer Service, working through the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager is quite experienced and is responsible for making decisions in regard to resolving problems as quickly as possible, in accordance with Spears’ policies and manufacturers’ warranties. Consistent, specified customer service is the goal. Spears’ policy is founded on the principle that we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we will repair or replace (at our option) anything purchased at Spears that fails due to defects in manufacturing or materials during the first year of ownership.
