• SPD is serial presence detect. SPD DIMM has an EPROM that tells the system board the optimal memory setting for the DIMM. SPD DIMMs may or may not be faster than conventional DIMMs. I get no video; how do I troubleshoot it? • Try reseating your video cards, memory, and CPU; or try swapping out the components. • Remove all the add-on cards.
