I use Torpark. I have never found any that do not need to be downloaded worth a hoot. Torpark is a free download. http://www.download.com/Torpark/3000-2356_4-10586816.html I use it to get onto the Yahoo Answers suggestion board where they do not like that I am outspoken about their product. There are about 7 of us that use it for that purpose. One thing about proxies is webpage owners can locate them by looking at the IP if they are savvy.
