What are some well-respected scholarly journals likely to include articles on my topic?

• You could browse relevant journals such as the ones listed above (very time-consuming!). • You could look at the bound journals for the journal you want and check to see if it has its own index. Some of the printed versions of these journals here in the library have indexes for each year or every five years. Such indexes are usually bound with the journals. (Still very time consuming!) • Best Option! : You could search in an online article index such Business Source Complete or PsycInfo. Below is a table of some common “consumer behaviour” subject headings to start you off, as well as an example of a how a search for scholarly articles in Business Source Complete might look. Note that I’ve checked off the box for peer-reviewed (scholarly) articles. There is a similar option in PsycInfo.
