What are some ways to improve on the current NHS smoking policies?
The NHS shouldn’t even have an anti-smoking policy, because it is none of their damn business. They have more important things to focus on than nannying social engineering, like not killing thousands of people each year with MRSA type bugs. EDIT I would just add one point to ‘paconet 1’ tax argument. The Government also saves a fortune on pension payments, and I don’t buy the so called additional costs argument and passive smoking arguments promoted by the anti-smoking lobby. You can only die once, and you have to die of something.
