• You can manually send in your application and all required supplemental documents by mailing your complete application package to the TXDPS PSB address listed in this document. OR • You can use the Texas Online service found on the main PSB website under the “License Packages” section, “Licenses Online” link. This option will allow you to complete your basic application online, pay the associated application fees online, and schedule an electronic fingerprint appointment. However, it is important to note that you will still be responsible for sending in any supplemental documents associated with your application. The list of required supplemental documents will be printed out as part of your online receipt page. It is the applicant’s responsibility to complete and mail the supplemental documents to TXDPS PSB so that the application package can be processed as a complete application.
