What are some Volleyball practice drills?
If you don’t have anyone to practice with: Toss the ball to yourself and set it. After the first set, just keep going and heep the ball in the air as long as you can. Toss the ballt yourself and practice hitting, like spiking. You’ll need more space to do that one. Also, practice serving overhand. Start with the foot oposite the hand you hit with (if you hit with your right, start with your left) and step into it with the other foot. Toss it to yourself and bump it straight into the air. Bend your knees, use proper technique and kepe it up as long as you can. Condition! Run run run because it will get you into better shape. Try to do some weights and always stretch.
