soy is great source of protein and there’s also plenty of regular food items now with more protien and fiber added to them you just have to look a little harder in the grocery stores to find them. Boca and other such meat substitute items are all good, I prefer Boca over morningstar and others but all are better for you than meat. Aside from that take a multivitamin, regardless of your eating preferences everyone should take one. But in truth ALL foods, even plants contain some protein and things such as nuts and seeds, pulses, soya products (tofu, soya milk and textured soya protein such as soya mince), cereals (wheat, oats, and rice), free-range eggs and some dairy products (milk, cheese and yogurt)if you eat dairy are good sources of protein.
