Previous post is absolutely wrong. Paella is from Valencia region on the Mediterranean coast. Flamenco is only from Andalusia in Southern Spain. Typical food from Castilla la Mancha (not “Castillo”): ajoarriero migas morteruelo gazpacho manchego of course “queso manchego”, a kind of cheese original from there and eaten everywhere in Spain Wines: Valdepeñas Music: the jota. Other Spanish regions (Aragon, Extremadura, Castilla-Leon, etc) have also the jota as their regional music.
