What are some typical activities that it’s important for OCM team to manage?
In each phase there are a variety of communications that can be supported by the OCM Team. The OCM team will need to setup a project mailbox, identify a project logo and standard for communications. In addition the OCM team must identify and segment the target audience for communications throughout the project. The OCM team can also begin the process for setting up an internal and external website. The training function will need to further segment the target audience as well as start or continue the process of identifying and selecting the tools to use to develop and deliver training. As the project progresses the jTask works with the training team to develop curriculums for the respective training courses. Communications will need to publish these curriculums on the website and work on monthly newsletters.
