• Make sure the home is staged properly and free of clutter. If there is a dining room table, have it set. • Try and make an appointment when there are as few people around as possible. People tend to interfere with work and can distract the Service Provider. • Go on the appointment with the Service Provider and make suggestions to focus the photos on the most marketable features of the home. • We can’t control the weather but try and schedule the tour on a sunny day for the best possible photo results. • If you or the homeowner has some digital photos of the home, we can use them to supplement or replace some of the Service Provider photos. This is especially handy when outside photos are shot when it’s snowy or trees are bare.
