What are some things to do in Indianapolis for someone in their mid-20s?
Okay, the bar scene is good, both downtown and in Broadripple. But if you are looking for some other ideas aside from the normal bar scene, not everything is Christian and Conservative and there is plenty to do. It’s just that some people don’t bother to do their research. There are a ton of museums to hit during the day. My favourites are the Indiana Museum of Art (free all the time) and there are a couple downtown that are cool. The Eideljorg or Edelgeorge (I don’t know how to spell it). There is an IMAX movie theatre right next door that is also fun to check out. There is a place called the Music Mill up in Castleton that has concerts in an indoor venue several nights a week. The bands are awesome and tickets are under twenty bucks usually. There is a bar in there, if you want to make it a Friday night out.
