What are some things that were invented in Italy?
This is more of a response to the first question than a real answer, since what I was going to say has already been covered. Pizza wasn’t invented in Italy. It is an Egyptian food, I think, at least a North African/Middle Eastern food. I’m not really sure why it’s called Italian, I guess just because it shares a lot in common with real Italian food.
