One suggestion that can increase your odds is to have her lay on her back (or even at a downward incline) for at least a half hour after sex to facilitate the process. It has also been suggested that being in the male superior position during ejaculation can help push the sperm further in. Also, female orgasm after male ejaculation may increase the odds of conception as well. Lastly, charting fertility and having intercourse while she is ovulating will increase the likelihood you two will conceive as well (just make sure not to try “too much” because this can temporarily deplete your sperm count – many doctors recommend only trying every few days to avoid this problem).
