What are some things that I can do for my early pregnancy nausea and vomiting?
A. Eat small meals as often as every two hours rather than large meals. B. Keep crackers at your bedside to eat before you get out of bed in the morning. C. Decrease fatty food intake until the nausea passes. D. Drink something sweet just before going to bed. E. If the smell of food bothers you, delegate cooking responsibility, or cook previously cooked then frozen foods (e.g. Frozen casseroles). F. Use an accupressure wristband like those used for motion sickness.
