What are some techniques that make you faster at running track?
Well there is one method I was taught for improving stamina. Assuming the track is 400m (if its larger just change my measurements by the right scale 800m = 200m of each) Walk 100m, Jog 100m, Quick Jog/Run 100m and finally sprint 100m, then repeat this means your constantly moving and generally keeps you running for longer. Just keep going for as long as you can. Within no time you will be able to forget the walking part and up the pace of the entire exercise.
