WHAT ARE SOME STRENGTHS AND WEAKESSES YOU WOULD SAY ON A JOB INTERVIEW FOR HOUSEKEEPING?

Your strengths would be you follow instructions, get a job done on time or ahead of time, helpful to others, and take pride in doing a good job for the company. If they ask about you, tell them the truth. Something like: I grew up in Michigan and moved to Las Vegas a few years ago to go to Dealer’s school. After a few weeks, I found that I preferred a job with more direction. I like to earn a steady paycheck and I have been working at Bill’s Dry Cleaners for the past 6 months. I would like to work in the hospitality industry and especially at one of the big hotels like yours. Dress appropriately, smile, have a good firm handshake, tell the truth and never ask about sick days, vacation days, time off, etc. Always ask about any benefits like health insurance. If you have a job now, never quit immediately to take the job. Tell them you will need to give 2 weeks notice and then you can start. Otherwise, they will know you will walk out on them someday, too. Good luck.
