The main strategies for coping with stress would be to try to stay somewhat physically active, for example if you are going to class all day and you are not going to get much in the way of physical exercise, park your car as far away from where you class is going to be, so that way you at least get some kind of exercise. Another important strategy is to not worry about the little things that have little if no meaning what so ever. Also try to have some time to socialize with other people and have alone time. Set yourself goals that are somewhat realistic because if you try to set goals that are not realistic you will begin to get irritated with yourself which is called distress (wrong kind of stress).
