What are some societal effects of alcoholism?
Millions of people all across the country have jobs. Liqueur stores, bars, night clubs, truck drivers, bottling and canning factories, glass makers, paper manufacturers for labels, paint and dye companies, brewerys, farmers, tractor companies, grape pickers, advertising, auto industry, tire industry, construction industry, billboards, magazines that would go out of business were it not for alcohol ads, novelty item distribute rs, warehouses, fork lift manufacturers, the computer industry, recovery centers, doctors, nurses, counselors, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and on and on and on. Alcoholism supports America. Three cheers for the Alcoholic! 10% of drinkers (The alcoholics) buy 90% of the alcohol! Without them our economy would be in the toilet! Good job guys!
