What are some signs of mild to moderate depression?

0

Nearly always, self-esteem issues come before depression. Mild to moderate depression would include eating/sleeping habits that are distressing but in a mild sense. You may have trouble sleeping several times a week. You may feel sad in general, apathetic about life, or worthless. You may not want to be around people as much as you once did. But most of the unpleasant feelings are due to low self-esteem and over time depression can occur and become stronger. I would recommend therapy and lots of exercise and healthy eating! Hope you feel better!
