The liver damage Rezulin can cause is hard to detect due to the minimal symptoms during the beginning stages of the disease. Later stages of liver damage Rezulin patients may experience jaundice, abdominal pain, nausea, clay colored stools, and dark urine. Rezulin liver damage can result in the need for a liver transplant or death. Heart failure has been linked to the use of Rezulin as well.
