I have found mostly arguments against embryonic stem cell research. Embryonic stem cells should be abandoned in favour of alternatives, such as those involving adult stem cells. Another concern with embryonic stem cell research is the tendency of stem cells from embryos to create tumors. Scientists have been able to coax mature human cells to behave like embryonic stem cells.
