What are some scenes or events that potray Macbeths ambition or the theme of ambition in Macbeth?

As soon as Macbeth hears that he has been made Thane of Cawdor, he starts to believe in the prophecy. From there, he and his wife act on ambition. They plot to kill King Duncan and later Macbeth kills Banquo and tries to kill Fleance. I think that you can contrast Macbeth’s selfish and pretty evil ambition with the ambition that is shown by Malcolm. Malcolm wants to be king, but he only wants to be king in order to put things right — not just to have power.
