Always I say. Most assuredly. One child was put in flouncy crolined pagent dresses that broke the bank. Unfortuately, while she was a cute toddler, by the time she was in grade school it became apparent that she was NOT going to develope into anyone’s idea of bueaty, classic or “unique”. The other cousin’s mother pulled her out of such things, although she placed well in the simplest dress. And in spite of whatever gymnastic coachs or dance teachers would say-“I will NOT be stage mother!” Now it took thearapy for this child to discover she not only wasn’t ugly, but had ALWAYS been a beauty. Poor kid thought she wasn’t liked because she was unattractive, when really a great deal of difficulty came from others jealousy. REMEMBER-PRETTY IS AS PRETTY DOES. If you make that ugly face (or try to hide ugly attitudes on the inside) YOUR FACE WILL STICK THAT WAY!!
