What are some relaxation techniques (final for public speaking class)?
i take a martial art called “kajukenpo” it is a hawwian art, it is a high energy combat/ self defense class and i’m being taught by Chris Newbury who is a 30 year student under Grand Master Griffin who was one of the best Kenpo masters who ever lived we learn slowly and eventually become able to apply techniques very fast the reason it is relaxing is because all of my problems and stresses seem to leave me, the bad “chi” is forced out through my fists and feet
