What are some reasons why animal experimentation should not be used?

1. Animals are not dummies or science experiments… they are living, breathing creatures that feel pain and have fear just like humans. Not only are they kept in cages and treated very inhumanely, but they are tortured by most if not all forms of testing and usually die a painful death. To make it worse, these animals didn’t even sign anything or agree to this horrid form of torture… they are experimented on against their will. 2. Animal testing isn’t accurate. Some animals may be very similar in genetic makeup or body form, but no animal is 100% identical to a human. Therefore, by experimenting on animals you only really know how it affects guinea pigs, monkeys, dogs, rats, etc… not humans. Just imagine what would happen if a company tested chocolate consumption on small dogs… since the dogs die from eating chocolate, does this mean that humans will too? 3. Why would you need animal experimentation this day in age? Ok, with life-saving drugs I can at least get some people’s poi
