What are some reasons to buy automobile insurance?
You can’t drive legally without at least $35,000 worth of liability, that pays for the car you hit, and that’s why you have to have it. Comprehensive pays for your car in case of a fire, or a tree falling on it, and I believe if it’s stolen, but I’m not sure on that one; that might be theft insurance. Collision pays for your car no matter who is at fault, in case you drive of the road, or into a pole. If your car is not worth fixing dents in it, forget collision. If you never have a fire, or a tree fall on it, then you didn’t really need comprehensive either.
