• Improper placement – A program representative may perform a visual inspection of your house/building to verify that the trees are planted in the right place according to your site plan. If they are not planted within 10-30 feet and on the west, south, or east sides, your application for rebate will be denied. • Receipt – You must submit the ORIGINAL receipt for the trees that you purchased and it must show the date of purchase, container size, tree species and indicate the nursery and its address. • Time frame – Trees must be purchased beginning October 1, 2010 and by May 1, 2011. • Size – Your rebate may be denied if the trees are not the minimum size required by the program.
