What are some really good exercises to flatten and tone the stomach?
I am gonna tell you way to flatten your stomach only not whole body. As there are various ways to tone your body to keep fit like aerobic, dancing , jogging and lot many exercises you may be knowing but what really work good to flatten your stomach are 1. Lay down on flat surface and up your legs one by one, straight 2. do same thing by cycling your legs You can do it by taking both legs together for some times. You will feel lot of pressure on your stomach. Initially you should start for short time but has to increase it . Like 20 minutes everyday along with other exercises if you are doing…… One interesting way to flatten your stomach ….of course if you can do it without taking much time to learn…….. is skating. For skating you wont have to go to swimming pool …….otherwise it is also a interesting way to tone your body. This will help you if you do it seriously .
