Hi Matt At a time where the Bank was changing one of my staff was appointed to a job where previously another member of my staff had been approved for that post in a Manager’s meeting. In order to undermine my relationship with the staff by the person involved in the attached question. (unethical) My former District Manager from retirement, recognised the manipulation and was prepared to go to the tribuial with me.
