What are some qualities of a successful RA?
Successful RAs are students who 1) help make a residence hall community a welcoming environment that supports the academic mission of JHU, 2) help students learn about campus events and resources, 3) use conflict resolution skills to facilitate discussions between students, and 4) promote a healthy and fun living environment by programming in the residence halls.
