There are many causes of loose stool including food change, intestinal parasites and stress. You should call to schedule an appointment to determine the cause. Changes in food should be done gradually as to not upset your pet’s GI system. Diarrhea can sometimes be fixed with a bland diet, but occasionally medication is necessary. An appointment should be scheduled and a fecal sample checked.
