A. The Nursing Home Administrator Examining Board may discipline a nursing home administrator if it finds that any of the following is applicable: {Wis. Stat. ยง 456.10} (a) Proof is submitted that the licensee is unfit or incompetent by reason of negligence, habits or other causes. (b) Proof is submitted that the licensee has willfully or repeatedly violated this chapter or the rules enacted in accordance with this chapter. (bm) Proof is submitted that the licensee has willfully or repeatedly acted in a manner inconsistent with the health and safety of the patients of the home in which the licensee is the administrator. (c) Proof is submitted that the licensee is guilty of fraud or deceit in his or her admission to the practice of nursing home administration.
