What are some opinions on wildlife conservation?
I work for the department of wildlife conservation and one of the things we try to do is educate people about safety, and how to treat the land that you hunt or fish on, and monetor numbers to make sure that species aren’t being overpopulated or underpopulated, which is where bag limits come from. Conservation is just one way that were trying to deal with peoples carelessness, everyone should be responsible because this is the earth our future generations will have to deal with, I’ve just chosen to make it my profession. We try to give back more than we take out, for example say 2 deer were taken but 3 fawns were born and we planted extra trees for food and shelter, this is conservation. Now when it comes to industries and housing projects, destroying the environment, theres little that wildlife conservationists can do to stop it, so overall, conservation is good but it’s just a portion of what is needed to fix the problem.
