• The security deposit is only used to pay for significant damage to the apartment. We understand that things may break during your stay. If it’s a glass, we’ll probably overlook it (although it would be a nice gesture for you to pay for the broken glass), if it’ a lamp, an appliance or furniture, we (or the owner) will discuss it with you.
