What are some of the practical uses of Artificial Intelligence?
This is a really broad topic. Artificial intelligence can be applied to almost any decision making application. AI is used in vacuums that know where they are, where to intensify cleaning, and where they need to go. AI is used by stock brokerages to automate buying and selling of stocks and options. AI is used by automobiles to burn gasoline efficiently and to make anti-lock brakes possible. It is also a part of the self check and self correct subsystems. AI is used for Automatic Pilot mode in aircraft and some test cars. AI is used in ‘learning’ robots to improve their coordination. AI is used in computers to tell us how to build better computers.
