Under FLTCIP 1.0, after declining the FPO offer three times, I need to submit evidence of insurability in order to resume the increase offers. Under FLTCIP 2.0, I see that there are unlimited declines. Does that mean that under FLTCIP 2.0 I can decline as many FPO offers as I want and when/if I wish to accept an FPO
