I think this question is a little too complex for just a Yahoo answer, especially if you are drafting policies to protect yourself and your company. You don’t want to just slap something together. If you have access, look at the diversity and anti-discrimination policy manual of a business already in existence. Think about whether it can be altered to fit your needs. I would not just rely on what their manual however, I would do some further research. I would suggest going to the local law library and asking the research librarian about whether there are any form books on the topics of diversity and anti-discrimination business policy statements or policy manuals, and if not, if there are any contract form books that have a section on diversity or anti-discrimination clauses.
