Presence of graffiti in or around your community Crossed out graffiti in your community; this is an indication that there are rival gangs in your neighborhood Youth in the area wearing colors, jewelry and clothing, flashing hand signals or displaying other behavior that may be gang related Availability of drugs in your community Significant increases in the number of physical confrontations or stare downs in your area An increasing presence of weapons in your community Drive by shootings within or nearby your community There has been a history of gangs in your community An increasing presence of “Social Groups” using names like Born to Kill, etc.
