What are some of the house features?
Number one is the location. You can access the river from two different locations in less than 15 minutes. From there you are only 15-20 minutes from the Gulf. Some homes are so far in that it could take over 45 minutes or more to get out of the canals. Our home has a huge 2,000 square lanai/pool area. The pool is oversized and has a little bar table in it. The lanai has stereo speakers, two bedroom access and bathroom access. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower Jacuzzi tub and is separate from the other bedrooms. We have a large screen TV in the family room and cable TV in all three bedrooms.
